Conflict Resolution LtdI’m the founder of Conflict Resolution Ltd, a Rutland-based practice helping organisations across the UK build stronger workplace cultures and resolve difficult situations when they arise.
My core focus is workplace culture review: independent, evidence-based assessments that give business owners and HR teams a clear picture of how their teams really experience day-to-day working life, covering trust, communication, leadership and engagement. Findings translate into practical recommendations, often the starting point for a strengthened code of conduct or wider people/communications strategy. This work draws on my investigative background, allowing me to surface insight that a standard staff survey doesn’t reach.
Alongside this, I offer workplace mediation and independent workplace investigations. As an accredited mediator, I help resolve workplace friction and disputes between colleagues before relationships break down or matters escalate to formal proceedings. As an investigator, I handle allegations of misconduct, grievances, disciplinary matters, policy breaches and fraud, producing clear, defensible reports suitable for internal decision-making or external scrutiny.
My background spans over 25 years of investigative and dispute resolution work, including roles with HMRC, the Gambling Commission, the British Horseracing Authority and National Grid. I work with business owners, managers and HR teams in small and mid-sized organisations. My services are confidential, fair and professionally managed, and I offer a free, no-obligation initial conversation to anyone who’d like to discuss a workplace culture question or a difficult situation. If you come across a business grappling with culture, conflict or a formal workplace issue, I’d welcome an introduction.
