I am a fundraising leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who loves helping organisations grow, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver lasting impact.
As Head of Fundraising at Peterborough Cathedral, I lead the development of sustainable income streams, major grant funding, supporter engagement, and long-term fundraising strategy. In a relatively short period, I have delivered an emergency appeal that exceeded its £300,000 target to raise more than £550,000, secured significant funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and strengthened relationships with donors, trusts, businesses, and community stakeholders.
My career has spanned fundraising, commercial leadership, partnerships, customer experience, and business development across the heritage, education, financial services, technology, utilities, and charity sectors. From launching a £4 million capital campaign at Oakham School to building multi-million-pound partnership pipelines within the technology sector, I am at my best when bringing people together behind a shared vision and turning ambitious ideas into meaningful results.
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine belief that success is built on people and relationships. Whether I am working with major donors, corporate partners, community groups, or colleagues, I enjoy creating connections that unlock opportunities, inspire confidence, and make a tangible difference.
I am a proud advocate for Peterborough and the surrounding region and genuinely enjoy meeting fellow professionals, sharing ideas, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. I’m particularly interested in conversations around leadership, fundraising, business growth, community impact, and creating sustainable organisations that can thrive in the long term.
Outside work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, playing netball, walking my dog Maggie, or watching rugby and cricket.
